Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

This policy explains how Multi Game uses your information when you visit the website or play the game. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising or analytics tracking.

Who is responsible for your information

Multi Game is responsible for your personal information.

For privacy questions or requests, email multigameapp@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We save your player ID, player name, ball appearance, scores, points, unlocked balls, and purchases made with game points. Your browser saves your settings and offline scores.

If you choose to sign in, your sign-in service provides your email and basic account details, such as your name and profile picture. Your guest progress is linked to your account.

Our providers process connection information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the game.

Why we use information

We use player information to provide the game, save progress, and run accounts, multiplayer, and leaderboards. Our legal basis is performance of a contract: providing the service you request. Account sign-in is optional.

We use connection information to keep the game secure and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interests. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

What other people can see

Players in your room see your name, ball, and play. Your player name, player ID, best scores, online points, and record dates are public. Verified scores and points from online matches are published automatically; offline practice stays on your device. Online publication cannot be switched off. Deleting your saved data removes your records. Your sign-in email and profile picture are not public.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, data storage, and account sign-in. They process the information needed to run and protect the game.

Our production hosting region is Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union.

We use Vercel for the website, Render for multiplayer, Convex for saved game data, and WorkOS for account sign-in. Provider services and subprocessors may process some information outside the European Union, including in the United States. Their data-processing terms describe their international transfer safeguards.

Provider log and backup retention depends on the service and its settings. Deleting your game data does not immediately erase provider logs or backups. Contact us for information about retention that applies to your data.

Provider data-processing terms: Vercel, Render, Convex, WorkOS.

Cookies and storage on your device

Essential cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, remember your settings and privacy choice, and support offline play. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We will ask before adding optional tracking that requires consent.

Local settings and offline files remain until you or your browser remove them; game updates replace offline files. Clear this site’s data in your browser to remove local storage. This may sign you out and does not delete data from our servers.

How long we keep information

We keep your profile, ball unlocks, and game-point purchase history while your player account exists. Scores and points remain until you delete your saved data or the leaderboard is retired. Room information lasts until the room closes.

After deletion, we keep a blocked player ID to prevent deleted data from being restored. The delete button does not erase provider logs, backups, or copies of public scores made by other people.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy, where the law provides these rights. You can object to uses based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.

You can download or delete your player data on the Saved player data page. For other requests, or if you cannot access your player, use the privacy contact above. We may need to verify that the data is yours. We normally respond within one month; if the law allows more time, we will explain why.

You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Younger players

Player names and scores are public. Avoid using personal information in your player name. Ask a parent or guardian for help with privacy questions or requests.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change and tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
