Accounts and eligibility

You can play offline without an account. Online and friend games require sign-in. Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and do not impersonate another person or use their account without permission. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If your local law requires a parent or guardian to agree for you, they must review and agree to these terms before you use the service. A parent or guardian should help younger players understand public profiles and privacy.

Free play and game points

Multi Game is currently free to use. We do not accept real-money payments or offer paid subscriptions or purchases. Game points and unlocked items are for use within the game, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for money or sold or transferred outside the game. Gameplay does not award cash prizes.

If we introduce paid features, we will update these terms and show the price and any payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before you choose to buy. Having an existing account does not authorize any future charge.

Fair play and acceptable use

Play fairly and respect other players. Do not:

• Cheat, use bots or unauthorized automation, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use player names or other content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Disrupt games, overload the service, distribute malicious software, bypass security or access restrictions, or try to access another player’s private information.
• Sell accounts, points, or unlocked items, or use the service for unauthorized commercial activity.

Report bugs, suspected abuse, and security concerns to the contact above. Please do not exploit a problem or expose other players’ data while investigating it.

Player names, scores, and progress

Other players can see your player name and gameplay. Online scores, points, and records may appear on public leaderboards as explained in our Privacy policy. Avoid personal information in your player name. You allow us to store and display your chosen player name and gameplay records as needed to provide the service; this does not transfer ownership of content you own to us.

We may correct invalid scores, remove abusive names, and adjust points or unlocks affected by cheating, bugs, or game balance changes. We will act reasonably and explain material changes where practical. We cannot promise that every score, unlock, or local save will remain available forever.

Game content

The games, artwork, branding, software, and other service content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for personal entertainment in line with these terms. This permission does not give you ownership of the service or permission to copy, sell, or redistribute its content, except where we or applicable law allow it.

Availability and changes to the service

We may update games, fix bugs, change features, or temporarily pause the service for maintenance or security. Connections, devices, or third-party services can also interrupt play. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. If we retire the service or make a significant change affecting accounts, we will give reasonable advance notice where practical and as required by law.

Suspension and ending your account

We may restrict or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, cheating, security risks, or legal requirements. We will use proportionate measures and give a reason and an opportunity to contact us for review, unless doing so would be unlawful or compromise security. Urgent risks may require immediate action.

You can stop playing at any time. Use the Saved player data page to download or delete your saved player. Its deletion controls explain what is removed, including your game account when signed in. Deletion is permanent and removes your saved progress and records. Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account. Contact us if you cannot access the deletion controls.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We will use reasonable care in providing the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. The service is for personal entertainment, and we do not promise that it will meet business or professional requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights under the law that applies to you, including any right to bring a claim in a competent court. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply where legally possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, security needs, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised terms with an updated date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes before they apply, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change. Where fresh agreement is legally required, we will ask for it. Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes that have already arisen. If you do not agree to revised terms, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
